I had gotten so used to screen protectors doing little more than crack in solidarity with my actual screen when I drop my phone that when I dropped my phone a couple of weeks ago and saw a huge chip and crack spread across my screen I really didn't think anything of it, the other day I was finally ready to peel off the old cracked screen and put on the spare one I knew I had around the house somewhere but wait ... lo and behold !! I peeled back the screen protector and my screen was, shocker !! ... not cracked !! I immediately set out to find my put on my second screen protector and write this review, I couldn't find the second screen protector
I have used similar products in the past, Since the screen cover is `` stick resistant ``, I was able to get the screen placed correctly and it adheared itself to my screen nicely, However I do see some `` edge lift'' which I think is probably the rounding away of the actual screen glass vs any real pull away from the screen, I'm very happy with the screen cover, especially since I am using an exterior phone cover/case which also rises slightly above the screen's surface thus providing additional protection
I'm completely happy with the screen protector so far, As far as I can tell it's the same quality as the high priced ones at the phone store, It's really difficult for old shaky guys with big fingers to use those tiny little positioning tabs, So I was forced to freehand the installation with your tiny little tabs and my screen protector is a little off center
these hold up to quite a lot of regular and routine drops, and got a nasty crack across the screen protector, So I busted out the second one and ordered another box because for this girl who is two left feet and frequently forgets to hold on to things it's absolutely worth it and is downright necessary to have a good screen protector
Instructions provided were easy to understand and easy to follow, The screen protector is a very thin piece of hard glass and uses a low tack adhesive to stick to the surface of the iPhone so if I wanted to remove it I could without damage to the iPhone, I am very happy with the product and the results of the install
