The shock absorbing factor is very nice as well -- lead doesn't break while you are writing and I feel like I don't find myself pressing as hard as I would with a normal mechanical pencil, the price is good, the only reason I took one star off is because you have to twist the tip of the pencil to get more lead, now I am conscious of how often I have to advance the lead, depending on the price and reviews of other mechanical pencils
Last a long time and the lead isn't brittle nor squeaky when in contact with the paper, the lead is easily retractable when done writing, the eraser too is very good, the pencil always outlasts it and I end up needing a mechanical eraser, just have another eraser handy, i have tried many mechanical pencils and this one is by far the best
These are the best disposable mechanical pencils I have found for ease of use and cost, i am left handed so my pens and pencils have to be able to take being pushed into the page versus being pulled across the page, i have had the `` other'' brand of disposable mechanical pencil literally break in my hand when I am writing with them

My lead doesn't break as much, it also allows you to write with more ease and less cramping so this would be great for the college or high school student, the eraser is very good and soft to the point that you can erase clean, this pencil is not `` refillable'' on the box, apparently with some extra lead it should be pretty easy
